Basic room, recently updated. Nice bedding, shower, bath. Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. Only minor issue is highway noise as hotel is very close to hotel.
If you’re looking for a place to sleep, it’s good. There is no breakfast coffee and a mini muffin or granola bar, that’s it. You’re rooms do not get cleaned.Daily bed’s not done no clean towels, sheets not changed .The people were very nice.If you asked for clean towels, they would give them to you.And when we asked to have our room cleaned and the sheets changed, they did do it. But like I said if your just looking for a place to sleep. It’s good for the price .
Cheap. And that’s about it lol Breakfast is a joke! You get one granola bar or a tiny muffin. My room wasn’t super dirty but not super clean. Ac worked fine tho. Basically a great example of you get what you pay for. I chose cheap due to budget considerations and expected a poor room and got it. You want betterNULL Spend more because this place is what it is.
Found the room during a road trip when storms set in. Called and room was NULL and asked if they could price match a rate I found online. Was told no. So I booked online. For there and the woman at the desk was upset that I got the room for NULL. She said that isn’t right and this room is NULL. She let me know she was not happy that I found it ? cheaper online. She made me feel awful for saving a few bucks.
The room was dated and relatively clean. I checked for bed bugs and did not see any sign. Woke up the next day with bites on me.
At 10:47am I was getting ready to leave and had the door open. Cleaning lady comes by and starts YELLING at me that check is 11 am. I told her I was leaving in a minute and she continued to yell at me that check out was 11.
Both woman made me feel uncomfortable a.d I will never rent a Super 8 room again.
Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were gross. 1st room had dried food on and in the bed/ bed spread along with dirt/ tree debris in the beds. Floor wasn’t swept. Dresser was dusty. No toilet paper stocked. We asked for a different room. 2nd room was dirty as well but cleaner than the 1st. Nightstand was filled with dirty tissues from previous guests. Floor wasn’t swept in this room either. I don’t expect a lot from a NULL motel room, but I do expect it to be clean. Housekeeping needs to be held accountable.
