We adopted a 7yo dachshund named Luigi from this shelter a few months ago and it was the best choice of our lives! After reading his story about losing his owner we felt such a strong need to give him the best life possible as we recently lost our 19yo dachshund and we felt the same pain as him. Together we lifted each others spirits and couldn’t be happier. He is a good boy and we love him so much! (We take him everywhere so you can maybe catch him strolling thru a park or store in MI) !
