Where do I begin…In a nutshell, these guys rock! A great, small, family owned business where the customer truly comes first. We had gone to another marina on another lake and although we found a boat that we liked, were not impressed with the facility, the prices nor their willingness to work with us.
We found Caroga Lake Marina totally by accident and glad we did! Didn’t even know they existed. They had the exact boat we looked at the other marina, for less money and a ’24 rather than a ’23 leftover. However, saw another boat that we loved and were able to make a fantastic deal on it. They truly worked with us to make the sale. No high pressure either!
A big shout out to Karl, Carol and especially Dan. How many businesses offer their personal cell phone numbers to customers? If they don’t answer, which they usually do, they always get right back to you either via call or text.
After the sale, it doesn’t stop there. Service from them has been top notch! Very willing to work with you for either pick up, delivery or drop off.
I could go on and on but I don’t want this to be too long. A very pleasant experience all the way around! Don’t pass them up! Give them a shot, you won’t be sorry!
