I have been to Bubbly Paws several times for different services and I can’t say enough wonderful things about it! I did a self bath (happy to have left them with the mess instead of my bathroom!!) and also had them do a full service. The staff are amazing, especially the owner Phaedra! They took the time to get to know my Akita and how to work with him to make him feel comfortable. I would recommend this place 100%!!
I have taken my doggies to other grooming facilities and by far this is THE BEST haircut they have had!!! Not only did they look happy but they looked the cleanest they have ever looked! I am so happy with everything! The girls are super nice and the facility is very clean.
I’m so happy I found this place after having a bad experience elsewhere with my puppy. Philiph looks amazing and is so happy and calm after his grooming with Lorena. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and Angela was so empathetic and caring with my dog. The entire experience made me feel at home, and I truly appreciate the love and attention they gave to Philiph. I will definitely be coming back!

Got hung up on, and prices changeNULL Mainly writing a review because I am very confused on prices. I called in about one month ago to bring in my dog for grooming, they took her that day and charged me NULL. And I asked them if that was the price and they said yes, so of course I assumed that would be the price for the future, rightNULL I go on their website to make another appointment for her today and on the bottom it says that her cut will start at NULL. So I called them this morning just to check if that was true and the lady said yes, and that they also have tax so it would come out to over NULL. I have never paid that much to get my dog groomed in the past. So I then tell the lady I’ll need to cancel the appointment for today because I paid ? last time, and was told that was the price… and she hangs up the phone on me. She never said “all right sounds good”, never said “thank you”, never even apologized for the confusion. nothing literally hung up the phone on me. I work in customer service and so I know that you don’t just hang up the phone on someone, especially if they’re confused with pricing being that it was ? cheaper last time. Just very disappointed because I was very happy with her haircut the first time, and whoever I saw the first time was very sweet, not this girl. Very upset because I would’ve loved to have went back.
