Google took me to this park as a dog park The location seem to be a gas station with a big open field nobody was around and I’m not quite sure if I was in the right place I certainly couldn’t find an area to let the dogs run free or to walk them. I’m not sure if this was Google’s fault or me just not noticing I hidden area for this park.

Great area for a nice walk. A small play area for kids, a basketball court, and restrooms. Excellent sunsets as well.

The park is fantastic BUT it’s too small for the traffic it gets. Also, parents allow their kids to kick soccer balls at high speeds, even with toddlers and babies present. I spend more time protecting my daughter from soccer balls and footballs and rambunctious kids than I do enjoying my time with my daughter. There is a giant empty field literally right next door to the park, perfect for soccer or football but they would rather endanger other people’s small children than kick the ball where it makes sense. At a different park a few days ago I actually saw a toddler get nailed right in the face by a soccer ball, very hard hit. I myself also got hit in the face with one of those miniature soccer balls that are much more dense and heavy, a kid kicked it hard as heck and it knocked my glasses off of my face and my whole face was red and stung for nearly an hour. If that had been my daughter, it wouldn’t have been a good day at the park for the parents of that child as they are allowing this reckless behavior. Also, at that park there are multiple places to play ball outside the play area where the little ones play. Most parents just sit there and watch their kids act bad, or worse yet, they have their faces in their phones or they leave to tennis or basketball and leave their misbehaving kids alone at the park to do whatever the heck they’d like. Unacceptable, do better! This has become an issue at multiple parks that we frequent and most recently, soccer balls are there every single time we go, which is usually daily. Sometimes I’m literally trying to block 3 different balls all being kicked simultaneously, it’s ridiculous. I’m also done stopping the swing when your kids run behind it. I’m not jerking my daughters neck around anymore just because you don’t want to watch your children. Sorry not sorry! I’m never more than a foot or two from my baby, as it should be. If one of y’alls kids hurts my daughter, I will absolutely press charges if possible and sue for any medical bills. Watch your kids! Other than that, we love this park and some others in town.

Nice, mostly smooth paved path for biking. Decent ride. But… Good luck trying to cross at diplomat Pkwy or kismet without getting cursed at or almost hit by cars who don’t know the rules of the road. There are much safer places to ride if you’re biking.

Nice new shady park in town! Playground park is connected to the linear park of Cape Coral which is lovely for stroller jogs or rollerblades. My girls appreciate the newer style equipment! And mama appreciates the shade tarp. Only suggestion/complaint-A picnic table inside the gated park would be a welcome addition for snack time! I didn’t see ANY tables, just 1 bench.
