Motel was a great stop for our trip from Florida to NJ with a set time frame for a wedding. Rooms were nice for the night as was service next morning. If season was better, pool would have been nice to use!

Cape Motel is very comfortable, we felt safe and got a good nights sleep. My only negative would be that the room needed a good cleaning. There were cobwebs in three corners and the floors need a thorough scrub, the bathroom mirror was also missed. We will definitely return we just think a deep cleaning would make a huge difference.

My husband and I have been wanting to stay here since it was renovated and we’re so happy we finally were able to! This place is amazing! We had so much fun! The rooms are clean and comfortable; the staff is amazing! We had a bonfire and hung out with other guests and it was so relaxing! Would definitely recommend Cape Motel!

My family and I stayed here as a stop over on the way down to the Outer Banks. I don’t know who had the genius idea to restore this place but they clearly did an amazing job. The Cape Motel offers a time warp back to old times when travel lodges and roadside motels were all the rage. At the same time, they brought modern upgrades to keep in touch with today. The motel is only 5 miles from Cape Charles town center which offers great restaurants and only 10 minutes to the Bay Bridge. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Don’t let the outside vintage look deter you. They have everything you could need. We will be back.
