We bring our goldendoodle here to enjoy the offleash area and to play with other dogs. He loves it, and he gets in a wonderfully serene and picturesque walk, too. It’s good summer and winter. And on our way home, we take the Canby Ferry. It’s just another enjoyable thing we do when we visit the Psrk.

the trees are dropping small but hefty branches and the motorboats’ wakes are highly disruptive to kayaking and paddle boarding activities (and the motorboat drivers are not very considerate) but without the wakes the water is lovely and calm and the area is very pretty, and the other kayakers and paddle boarders we met were very friendly and helpful, will most likely be back, but maybe earlier in the morning so there might be fewer people water skiing and whatnot and almost swamping the small craft they pass
