Great place to walk or jogging. The park is spacious and well maintained. There was a car that parked there that seemed like he had been there for a few days. Other than that lots of people walking and running.I did a jog from the main lake area. Lots of beautiful and serene scenery along the way. I saw a few people fishing at the lake as, but I don’t think they caught anything. The sound of the water running along the creek was soothing.

This park is a great spot to unwind and get some fresh air. Perfect for a morning jog or an afternoon of reading under the trees. There are plenty of benches and shaded areas if you just want to relax or have a quiet moment. The open fields are great for playing catch or practicing some yoga. Clean and peaceful, it’s a nice escape from the daily grind.

I love Los Gatos Creek County Park! The views are gorgeous in all directions. Hills in the distance, water at your feet, and colorful trees in-between.The waterfowl and other birds are wonderful to watch and identify (thanks to my Merlin app). I’d never seen a coot (it’s so interesting to watch them stalk other coots, getting low in the water to flatten out their silhouette like little torpedoes) or a double-crested cormorant (wings spread, basking in the sun) or a Caspian tern (flying high, then diving into the water), and now I have. There are too many others to list them all.Small and large dog parks for off-leash playoff and running, a few ponds for fishing, several picnic table areas (including one to reserve for big groups) and a trail for walking, biking or exploring round out the features for this lovely little park.
