Nice place near Syracuse to connect with nature. If you go all the way upto the top of the trail (trail 5) about 700ft above sea level, you can see the Onondaga lake and Syracuse city from there.

The trail needs a little bit more upkeep like mentioned previously. The view from what we saw was all right. It’s the end of summer now so a lot of it was blocked by the heavy vegetation. There are a few nice areas along the grass paths with flowers. We’re giving it a two because it doesn’t have the feel of a true hiking trail but more like someone’s backyard trail.Definitely try it out if you want to add to your list of hikes but it’s more like a nice walk than a good hike.We went took the perimeter trails and ran into some muddy spots so be mindful and bring bug spray. And watch out for dog poo.

I’ve been hiking at the Camilla’s unique area for years with my dogs. I just love it there! There are so many different trails to take and the view at the top is beautiful! There are some hills to hike up, but it’s definitely worth it. If you’re looking for a good hiking place, I’d recommend this place for sure !

A nice place to walk around. Some good view points that have descriptions of what you are looking at printed out to read. Trails are marked well. Extremely muddy in some places, so be sure to wear good boots. Found 3 ticks on me after leaving, so be wary of that.
