Great park! There’s a trail around the lake. I took my off road bike around the entire park. There are some ups and downs, which were fun. A lot of wildlife. It’s quiet.

If you enjoy fishing without loud boats, off road running, mountain biking, or a nice 7.5 mile hike then this is the place for you! There is a NULL fee to park, but it is worth it.

Nice getaway natural lake that’s off the beat and path of city society just up the road in DC…
Very scenic place with a 7.34 mile nature/bike/hiking trail to encompass the entire lake…
Bring sturdy shoes and hit the trail or fish the clean water that prohibits gas powered engine outboards here…. I shall return when in the area!!!

There is a good cycle trail around the lake starting at the car park at the end of Camp Casoma Road. 7.5 mile track through trees and close to the lake at parts. 3$ parking fee by honor. Done this a couple of times now both on bike and walking.
