I member when it was kileyannies lake, that’s where I learnt how to swim with Floyd may and kim palmer may.now it’s Jackson park it’s clean people are nice .a nice place to fish and watch the fire works every 4th of July it’s a blast there a family really would enjoy a day off from work to enjoy at the park.lonnie Abrams usn retired.
Focus is the large pond. Hard to recommend this place. Giant dead fish on the pond edge. Picnic tables are well aged. Maybe a place to walk on the sidewalk that goes all around the pond. And bike. Lots of geese and some ducks and their organic contributions to the grounds are plenteous.
One of my all time favorite places to fish since I was a kid, if you knew my uncle growing up it was the best time to grow up as kid, Uncle Denny took anyone fishing and we always at Jackson, wonderful times
I went with my three grandkids and my DEAUGHTER. The kids 5,4,2,really enjoyed visiting the ducks and playing on the swings and climbing and going down the sliding board .we had a great time . It was clean and happy there was a Porto let. And tables to have our afternoon snack .
Couldn’t ask for a nicer day in October! I thought about going to find duck and goose food but just sat and enjoyed the sun instead. By the way, they recommend corn, peas and lettuce instead of bread 🍞.
