One little patch of MUD today, 3/26/25 Big Area down around back of shelter/benches. Had the whole area by ourselves today for almost 2 hours – No pics today left my phone at home – turned out to be a very pleasant day!

Nice dog park, always great to get out n socialize the dog! Friendly people and nice set up. Wish they would open the bathrooms, the port a potty is rough to squeeze the dog n I into lol

This two pen enclosure is a great way to allow your dog to socialize with others. Sometimes getting over the anxiety and stress from living with people is managed by just letting them be themselves. I’ve watched and walked with many different breeds and owners. This one has a lot of regulars that are as friendly as their companions. With all the trails between Dankwardt and Crapo you can just let them play and they have watering and utilities for them (plastic bags are spread generously about the enclosure). In my personal opinion my dogs are healthier and happier and more manageable because of places like these.

What a nice, spacious dog park we visited on our cross country road trip. There was so much room for our dogette to stretch her legs and do her business and – bonus! – it was well cared for. We saw 2 or 3 land mines but stopping by dog parks all around the US has taught us that, in the grand scheme, that’s really mild!

If we lived nearby, we’d definitely be back 😊❤️🐾
