The room looked clean and nice. We had two beds and everything seemed to be in order. Bathroom was big. Check-in was easy. Close to the airport which was nice. The only complaint is i swear I kept smelling urine between the beds. I would just get a whiff of it and then it would go away. I’m not sure if it was in the carpet or the bed. But every once in awhile it just hit me.
My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. We were extremely happy with the service provided by the hotel staff. They were very friendly and kind. Especially Mr. Obe and his daughter Obeth. They made us feel like we were at home. Super happy!! Highly recommended. Great people working at this hotel.
This is my go-to hotel when I’m in town. The staff are SO friendly. Every person there goes out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They always have smiles on their faces, and are happy to help me with whatever I need. The rooms are clean, there are great places for me to sit and work, inside and outside, as well as a gym and a pool. And it is part of the Empire Center, where you can get absolutely anything you need. It’s also ideally location for getting anywhere. Love it!
The room was a bit old-fashioned, not bright, and not very clean.The bathroom counter space was small, making it inconvenient for getting ready.The ac was not working, so I contacted the front desk and the filter needed to be cleaned, which made me question the hotel’s cleaning practices.There was no free breakfast and there are parking fees.I would choose a different hotel next time.There were stores nearby, which was convenient for shopping thouh.
Stayed there for 4 nights, passive front desk but they do their job. Weed smell in the reception area most of the time. rooms were clean but bed was too soft for us. Preferred firm ones. are we going to stay here next time? – no way . thx for reading
