Had an amazing experience my pup is only 4 months and has gone 2x and both were a great time. They are super attentive and always respond to my texts and calls when I’m checking in on my pup. I work long hours and sometimes don’t have anyone to watch him and they’ve been a life saver so far! He’s also allergic to bees and they know I’m super anxious about that but anytime I call or text to be sure he’s okay they reassure me. I love that I have camera access and I love that they separate the big dogs and small dogs from each other and always have a handler with them at all times especially because my puppy definitely loves people attention!
I was unable to get him grooming the day I pick up my dog since they don’t have groomers during the weekend and Monday. Other than that I love the facility and the staff was friendly. Thank you for taking care of my retriever!
We have a dachshund and she loves Bow Wow Bungalow! She’s been going about 2 years now and she has made friends and the employees are all so sweet to her ( she’s a sassy one). The times we’ve boarded her have been so smooth and she’s had such a fun time! I would highly recommend checking them out for your fur babies! We love Bow Wow Bungalow. Poppins goes to daycare about twice a week and also boarding from one night up to a week (~once a quarter). Conveniently located by Burbank Airport.Everyone is so pleasant, attentive and communicative in regards to Poppins’ needs throughout her stay. We pay for daily report cards during boarding and really look forward to the pictures and informative, quirky updates. We really appreciate the multiple webcams to see how her day is going and also the photo events they have during holidays (back to school magnet/valentines keychain).When we moved from Philly over the summer we were also leaving a wonderful doggy daycare and doggy friends. We trialed multiple daycares in our area (SFV) and found Bow Wow Bungalow to have the largest play areas both indoor and outdoor, with water area to keep cool during hot weather. All important things for an active German Shepard who loves laying in shallow water or lounging on rocks/raised cots whilst silently judging other dogs. Sometimes we joke that Poppins is so well behaved at daycare because she thinks she’s there to work and help her new favorite people keep the other dogs in line.Lastly, we love that the people at Bow Wow love our Poppins like their own. We value the vetting process and rules to keep all dogs safe. Plus there are trainers on staff to help with identified needs. Having opportunities for enrichment and managed play with other dogs is important to us along with days without having an extra shadow around.Thank you Bow Wow Bungalow!
