Mostly local folks. My mom has a house near there and when I visit, I always bring my baby girl. She needs to get out for a few, I take her there. For the most part, folks are friendly. I love the splash pad in the Littles side! But the big dog side, there are a lot more toys to get rambunctious with.

There are 2 separate dog parks, 1 for small dogs and one for bigger dogs. Both have a water element, different seating oprions, shade and trees. Both have trash bins, poop bags and poop scooper.
The one for the big dogs has some agility stations, a bridge, a tunnel and a hoop.
And after the dog park you can do a little walk around the park to the river if you like!

Always an awesome experience! I’ve been taking my pups for more than 10 years. This time was with my new puppy and she absolutely loves it.
This park is pretty big. It has many different amenities from children’s covered. Play grounds, to docks, to boat launches and also many park benches. And lots of grass for the kiddos to run around on. There are some low spots in the water that are great for swimming. But the bugs in the air around the water can be aggressive and very annoying.
