Excellent lake views! The vault toilets were pretty rough and smelly, but good site overall. No running water in the bathrooms, but there’s a spigot with drinking water a short way from the bathrooms. There’s a spot to walk up on the beach right down from some of the sites, but locals said it can be under water sometimes.
Right now the lake is super high. So please be very careful. Parking is tricky with the water so high. When the water isn’t so high, it’s a nice little place
Beautiful secluded rustic primitive camping at its best. The sunsets are top notch. The scenery is amazingly beautiful it’s unreal. We loved camping here last summer but apparently the area is a favorite of transient folks so if u camp here don’t be surprised to get visits from the neighbors ( those who live in the houses near campground) and game and fish officers to check on you and offer help to you and assume ur homeless. Nice but kinda embarrassing and uncomfortable too , that’s why the place doesn’t get 10 stars from me
Nice landing. Plenty of room to park. Plenty of lake to cruise. But didn’t catch a single fish. I did catch a nice buzz so all in all it was a great day!
