I enjoyed it to watch soccer games. It has this huge deck that u can watch games on Field 7 and 8. If you brought small kids to watch soccer games, there was plenty open space to run on the grass. However I didn’t like that it had no playground for them. As a park, it has plenty of trails, creeks where one can be with nature. However the park could be more kid friendly.

The bathrooms need to be cleaned often when hosting a full weekend of games. That’s my only complaint.

Nice athletic fields and it seemed to have plenty of parking.

Traffic was a disaster for a soccer tournament. Make sure to get there plenty early if you would like to get parked and be on time for warmups. Fields were nice and portajohns were clean.

Quiet, secluded. One of older parks in G’Boro close to Lake Townsend n Soccer Complex. Never crowded, great place to relax and/or eat n take a break
