Visiting the dog park can be a joyful activity for both you and your furry friend—but aggressive encounters can quickly […]
Located in the heart of Brooklyn, NY, Brizzi Playground is a compact and lively community park that packs a variety of features into a smaller space—perfect for families and dog owners living in the city. While Brizzi Playground isn’t a dedicated dog park, it provides a fenced-in artificial grass area where dogs and children can play, making it one of the more pet-friendly spots in Borough Park.
The park provides essential amenities such as a dog-accessible water fountain, shaded benches, and a safe, fenced area with artificial grass that is suitable for leashed walks and low-key play. Though not exclusively an off-leash dog park, it’s ideal for dog owners looking for a social, family-friendly place with urban conveniences like nearby shops and public transit.
Have been going there for about 13yrs with son, niece, nephews, and now grandson and the amount of adults with no children is insane. There are homeless people there. They smoke and drink, and I feel this is unsafe.
It has everything that kids need to have a good time: climbing area with slides, baby and young children swings, small field with artificial grass to play with a ball and, of course water sprinkles.

The playground itself is well-designed and enjoyable, but unfortunately, the entrances are located just off busy streets, which poses a safety concern for young children.
Small nice place. After sunset are some weird people there . There is fountain for drinking , sprinkle for playing. Swings and climbing castles , hanging rods and slides . There is a little fake grass field with fence . Some benches. No bathroom but groceries and laundries are next to it.
This playground is condensed in a smaller area compared to other playground but, surprisingly, packs quite a punch. It has everything that kids need to have a good time: climbing area with slides, baby and young children swings, small field with artificial grass to play with a ball and, of course water sprinkles. The only downside is that the D train runs right next to it, which can be quite loud at times. We had a good time there.
