I also use their daycare services, and it’s clear the staff truly care about the animals. They even help reinforce training while the dogs are there. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
So happy with Pooch Purrfect! My dog loves coming here for daycare. Great price and they treat him like royalty — he is always so happy to see the staff. Would love if they opened a half hour earlier and closed a half hour later, but otherwise really satisfied with the service here. Also love their frequent instagram posts. The crazies!
My puppy, Gus goes to daycare and gets groomed by the team at Pooch Purrfect. Not only does Gus love going to daycare, he reacts to the staff in the same way he reacts to see me when I’ve been gone. He cries when we wait outside because he wants to go in. Also my baby was a super fluffster and they did an amazing job with his haircut. I’m so glad that we found a place that he loves.
Grooming was rushed and the groomer was confrontational. I booked an appointment for a full-service grooming, “the works”, but when I got there they were surprised that I wanted him to get a haircut and a bath.I have a large dog, golden retriever/great pyrenees, and the grooming services for “the works” usually takes about 3-4 hours, but this place was done in only 45 mins. Here’s why:- Rushed hair cut that is uneven- Did not trim the hair around the pads with care or caution- Did not trim/clip/style the head, hears, cheeks, neck- Uneven shaving on the belly, sides, and near the collar areaOverall I would say this grooming services is not worth NULL + tip and I recommend finding elsewhere for grooming services.
My pup really needed a groom and I couldn’t get into my regular spot for several weeks so I thought I would try something new. Bad decision! When I first dropped him off he was terrified and skittish, which he never normally is! At the groomer or the vet, he’s always happy to be in new places and meet new people. Normally his appointments take anywhere from 2-3 hours; so when they called after an hour saying he was ready I was shocked! When I got there to pick him up he wanted to leave as quickly as he could. I did a quick look over and found his entire belly had been missed. They basically threw him back up onto the table and speedily clipped it. When I got home I noticed how red and irritated the area on his belly and testicle area was. He wouldn’t stop licking it and was clearly having lots of discomfort. As the day when on and I took a closer look at it all, I saw how truly uneven the entire thing was, so many spots of long hairs left behind, and now a week later he’s still uncomfortable on his bottom.Will never come back here and want other to know what a poor job they do before trusting them with your fur baby! They did a rushed job and it was completely awful. Could have done better in the back yard with my shears.
