It was a beautiful day for softball practice and there was so much space for all kinds of activities. Could be fun to just go and people watch since there is a lot of organized sports happening.
My son and I came to this park for a pee wee football registration. Due to construction on one of the fields we had to share a small space with other teams. Not only children, it was grown ups out there playing as well. So it was a bit congested, bathrooms were close by and plenty of transportation near the park. I will return and hopefully they will hurry up with the repairs of certain parts of the fields.
Holy moly, what a park! I think I counted three waterfalls? And they have free concerts in the summer. It’s the last natural forest in Brooklyn so you’re actually in nature not just some astroturf (unless you’re at the Parade Grounds soccer fields) all in all is awesome and before I forget all the great photos you’ll take!
