A nice and quiet Community Park. I’ve been a long time resident here. The words Dr and Park were both removed from the original sign and unfortunately NO one corrected it

I come here to do my poems and podcast episodes. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. They have a trail where you can walk and run, they aldp have a basketball court and bathrooms if need to use it. Good park. Some people bring their dog here as well.

The restrooms have been closed for the past few weeks but other than that, I like the park. It’s clean and my grandbaby loves playing there and meeting new little people!

Small, chill park for the neighborhood to relax and recreate. Basketball courts, I think a hand ball court? (it’s a big concrete wall), and nice paved circuit to walk around, or kids to bike or scooter. Lots of benches around the perimeter. Gets busy weekend nights but not too chaotic if you want to mind your own and relax. All kinds welcome and enjoy time here.

The park is easy to access off the 3 train and one block walking. The park is a good combination of green space and a large playground. We were there for an Easter event hosted by The NYPD and other amazing vendors. They had a live DJ, free I cream from an ice cream truck, game truck, egg hunt, Easter bunny and other games. Unfortunately, there was not enough Easter baskets for all the children who showed up so we waited at the end for 30 min for nothing.A lot of the community showed up up and the NYPD were amazing, engaging and playing with the kids.
