so let’s be clear i am 100 percent crazy helicopter dog mom. I made a decision to adopt a dog 2 months and then came the fears of i work a lot so who will help take care of her and allow to do the things i need to do without worry. i reached out to lucky dog and from the meet and greet to now i cant say enough amazing things. andrew and the team are super responsive and i truly feel like they care for penne like i care for penne. from staying her when i travel for work to daily walks i can see her coming of her shell more and decompressing from shelter life and i know a lot of is due to all the amazing time she is spending with skyler and andrew. so thank you both and your team for helping me give penne the best quality of life!!

Andrew is such a safe and reliable walker and support system for us in Bensonhurst. We know we can count on him for flight delays, new anxious rescue dog training, making sure our cat doesn’t escape, etc. One of our dogs is highly sensitive to emotions and can pick up on someone anxious or rushing and will avoid that person. Andrew presents himself with a calm and confident energy that our dogs love and feel safe around. This is very important! All our walks are booked via an app and we can add comments or see already booked walks! Also payment is so easy via the app. It auto charges each Saturday. One less thing I need to worry about.

From the very first meeting, my dog took to Andrew right away and Andrew’s calm, confident, and reassuring energy and dog expertise gave me so much comfort in booking my dog’s stay and going away for two weeks. Andrew is highly reliable, consistent in his communications, and flexible/accommodating with logistical matters — he’s such a professional but, most importantly, he’s a dog whisperer! He got my dog acclimated and troubleshooted any issues that came up during my dog’s trial boarding and full boarding stay. I could tell my dog had such a great time, developed a love for Andrew, and was being exercised and fed on a routine structure.
