I had such high hopes , especially since I am always in the area and being a first time dog mom I wanted to give my girl the best experience. Unfortunately I was very unsatisfied with the service we were given. I gave them a picture of what I wanted my puppy to look like and full disclosure she only had 2 matted areas by her but which was not big and around her neck area because of how she sleeps. I comb her out as often as possible but she was a fluffy pup. My hundred dollar haircut easily went to 115 due Then they added a double processing fee and double Taxes because they charged my card twice instead of once which easily bumped the haircut To 139 and some change, I believe for this botched haircut, not to mention they cut my puppy under her arms and legs. I’ll give it to them. The place was clean and cute, but I will not be returning 4 out of 10.
We have been taking our dog to Go Doggy for daycare since they first opened. Go Doggy doesn’t compare to other doggy daycare places in South Williamsburg. All the staff is personable and friendly. The owners are always there and know who we and our dog is – it doesn’t feel like you’re in NYC. My dog loves it here. We are so thankful location opened!
I absolutely love go doggy!!! I’ve been sending my puppy Bruno there since I first got him last year and it’s really the only place I feel comfortable sending him. Adam is amazing and always treats Bruno like a dog of his own, as does the rest of the staff! I love all the updates I get when he’s staying at go doggy overnight! Bruno RUNS into go doggy so excited every single time, and even when we’re just walking past he tries to go in the door. I feel so lucky to have found such a great place that takes such amazing care of my dog!They also do a perfect job with every haircut he gets!!!
I ❤️ go doggy so much. My dog tails has been going here for the past year, we’re leaving this week for west village but I swear I contemplated staying another year in Williamsburg because of how amazing go doggy is and how much I trust them. When we go on walks tails will legit pull me to the daycare, they are so attentive and kind, they threw him a birthday party and theyre throwing him a farewell day, its all very very professional and kind and HUMAN !! Thats the best part. Everyone loves your dogs like the dog is their own. I have never once batted an eye while leaving Tails here for daycare or for boarding. I am sooo happy they opened up so close to me. My dog absolutely loves going, which is saying a lot, as he’s hated every different daycare/boarding place I’ve ever taken him to! He’s a little timid and more of a people dog, so he needs specific attention. The owners genuinely love & care about the animals and they make each experience so great for him. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he is safe and cared for while I’m away. I highly recommend bringing your pup here!!
