Fulton Park

Fulton Park is a small, well-kept, and relaxing park in Brooklyn with a welcoming community atmosphere. It is family and pet friendly, wheelchair accessible at the entrance, and features amenities such as a public restroom (though currently under construction). The park offers beautiful trees and flowers, seating areas, and places to play chess. It is located near a high school and has minimal parking available. The park lacks lighting at night, making it quite dark after sunset. It is a lovely spot for observing the surroundings and unwinding.
Reviews
I found there a great and welcoming community of chess players
I was there on a weekday and they assured me they are there every day from morning till after dark
Four tables were on with 5 players each taking turns to play with winner-stays formula
They were well organized with digital clocks and spare queens
It’s a small park but I love it. It’s very well kept and relaxing.
Beautiful Trees and Flowers. Places for folks to play chess. However the bathrooms are currently under construction and not available for use. Across the Street from a high School.
It gets really dark at night. I wish there were lights around. It is asides the lighting issue a lovely park, good for sitting and taking a break to observe our immediate environments.
Great place ,family and pet friendly all sports or just unwind by the water Gorgeous view of lower Manhattan it has restaurants, swimming pool and water park for kids and is very romantic spot for lovers 🥰🙈🙊🙉 oh and there’s even a skating rink walking trails kiddie gym, swing park etc. To much to list but….be advised minimal parking better off trying to parachute in😅
