I recently took my dog to DIGS, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nancy, the groomer did an exceptional job as always! My dog’s haircut is perfect , she looks adorable, and I can tell she feels great too. I highly recommend Nancy she’s kind, professional and clearly very skilled. Selecting a doggy daycare is hard because we all love our pets but rest assured – this is genuinely the best facility out there. We send Theo, our one year old golden doodle for extended boarding stays (2 weeks+) at a time so we are very familiar with Digs – let me tell you more:In selecting a place for Theo for his daycare and boarding, we were anxious and did ALL the research in selecting the best facility we could find. We decided on Digs for three reasons: staff, cleanliness, and quality of care for the dogs. From daily report cards that recount your dog’s stay, to the extraordinary staff that keeps you updated without you even asking (eg. is Theo eating properly?) Digs is truly the standard in doggy day cares and boarding. They take the initiative in proactively ensuring your dog is eating and sleeping well – and enjoying their time. I’ve never had to chase for an update. They are proactive – for example, they have messaged me asking what they can do to help Theo eat better as he is a picky eater; they text me photos of him playing; they have done all of this on their own accord because they genuinely care and it shows – they truly are an amazing staff.Digs is also meticulously clean – whenever we go, someone is always cleaning and it is evident by the way the facility looks and smells: clean and immaculate. This was a huge factor as well and we have been beyond happy with their cleanliness standards and our dog not catching anything. Because of their rigor in this matter, we have never had an issue as it’s so clean and well kept. Lastly, Digs also has cameras that live stream daycare so you can clock in anytime – this has been amazing as we can watch Theo play and hangout.And honestly, I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They have truly have taken care of Theo as their own. They are always, ALWAYS kind, professional, and incredibly caring. They are super prompt in their responses and will always respond with a solution – and with a smile. It was Moon’s first haircut and grooming ever and we were so nervous. But she was in great hands with Jim! She still looks like herself but better, which is what we wanted. We are so happy with the result and the service was great too. We will be back soon and excited to try DIGS other offerings. Thank you Jim and DIGS!
We definitely come back! The grooming service by Jim & Nancy is fantastic. The staffs are friendly. Her fur becomes very soft and smooth also smell so good she’s got 1000x kisses after 😂.
