Today the cherries at the memorial were in full bloom making an already beautiful memorial, even more so! This is a very pretty outdoor spot close to the courthouses and a nice variety of nearby eateries. Close to the Brooklyn Bridge. Worth exploring if time allows.

Brooklyn’s War Memorial is so, so beautiful. This incredible monument is a lovely dedication to the local Brooklyn natives who fought & died in World War II. This space is quiet, clean + well-kept, and is an incredible spot for reflection.
