FAQ for Ferry Point Park in Bronx New York:
Great open space park. With view of the east river and Connections to the ferry to head downtown.
I visit this park every time I visit the Bronx. Very quiet and cute place to relax and unwind, work out, take a walk or simply sit by the water. Baseball, soccer and football fields. 2 BBQ sections, trails and the ferry to downtown.
Cool breeze, nice views, great sunset. Family enviornment. Very crowded at some points.
Charming park. A little out of the way for us, but enjoyed our walk from the parking area to the ferry landing. Fresh air and other families enjoying the views.
A pretty nice park to walk through, all things considered. A bit unfortunate that it’s not easy to get to if you don’t have a car cause it’s quite a far walk from the Q44/Q50 bus. It has a lot of great views of the city skyline and the Whitestone Bridge, and has one of the two NYC Ferry stops in The Bronx. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a good run/walk.
