Brillion Nature Center

Brillion Nature Center offers a wonderful natural environment featuring hiking trails through open prairie and wildlife areas. The center is wheelchair accessible, has picnic tables, and public restrooms. It is kid-friendly with educational programs and activities such as trail reads and seasonal events like the Pumpkin Walk. Visitors often bring their dogs on leash and enjoy the peaceful nature setting with sightings of various wildlife. The facility demonstrates pride in upkeep and community engagement.

Beautiful nature center, trails and boardwalk
Kids love inside and out; seeing turtles, tadpoles, snakes, frogs, dragonflies, chipmunks, and squirrels. Trails are great and the “Pumpkin Walk” each October along with the trail reads (pages of a book placed throughout the trails to read as you walk the trails) and family favorites. Always something awesome to see/explore when here. Frequently bring our dog along and have seen others do the same. Other dog visitors are friendly and courteous keeping dogs on leashes and under control. There is a lot of pride taken in this facility and property and it shows!
We celebrated my daughters 6th Birthday here and it was amazing! We had an hour of education from the Naturalist that the kids loved. The big attached room allowed for games and treats! Highly recommend!
I was there for a class field trip with my grandson – very enjoyable presentation and interaction with the kiddos. Very nice environment!
SO MANY FROGS!!! Lots of butterflies as well. We did the long trail from the nature center to the Lime Kiln and back. Paths were well cleared, but uneven at times. A pile of rotting guts ruined the wildlife pond for us. Most of the trail was open prarie. Would be prettier earlier in the year.
