This place is an 11/10. They are always kind and courteous on the phone. Elizabeth did my Leo’s nails today, he is an anxious boy but she was super patient and kind. Highly recommend this place 💜💜

Very nice people – have done a good job in the past! – Now young girls run it and they are just very unreliable!

Alisia cut my dogs hair for the second time of her life at 7 months and Completely choked the dog to the point of full hemorrhaging in both eyes.. I contacted her about it and asked her what happened and she said that it was normal.. I contacted my vet and of course she assured me that that was not normal and to let that groomer know that it’s NOT normal and that hemorrhaging is only caused by eternal bleeding which is caused by choking.. I was still kind and forgiving giving her the benefit of the doubt in hoping that it was just an accident but shortly after trying to reschedule with her I was completely ignored and after several texts asking where she went she told me that it wasn’t the best idea for her to cut either of my dogs hair anymore.. and that is enough sad for me. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

My dog got into something really smelly. I had to wash her asap this was perfect. They provided shampoo, towels , and waterproof apron for me. And then you can blow dry your dog and brush then. Beth is so accommodating and helpful

We love the big walk in tub for all of the dogs except the littlest goes up higher in the higher tub. Groomers who are independent there, we ask for assistance with nail trims. Liz did Max’s today. Owner is always helpful in assisting with her self serve tubs!
