Been coming here forever BSU did a great job cleaning up the trails a few years back great place for family fishing depending on the time of year there may be a lot of lily pads though just beware tons of different fishing spots along the pond as well as some great walking trails🥰
A lovely place for a hike or to go fishing. There’s a lot of history at this site going back to the native Americans who would fish and hunt here up through colonial and industrial times to the present. There is an abundance of benches and other recreational structures for people to enjoy this beautiful area.
I really liked this spot. Nice little walking trails, not too long for me. I love that there are so many benches with pretty views of the pond. Great place to sit quietly, meditate, read a book, or have a little lunch on a bench.
Carver’s Pond is a really nice spot to visit. You can tell the community takes pride in keeping it clean—there are trash bags placed along the way, and the walking areas are well-maintained.
It’s a phenomenal place for fishing, and also great if you just want to take a relaxing walk, have a picnic, or enjoy some quiet time in nature. I absolutely loved it and definitely plan on going back.
Great place for a walk. We came here today to enjoy the 60° day and were not disappointed. It’s a good hike for beginners. Great sights of the pond. A lot of wildlife around such as geese, chipmunks, robins, etc. Free parking , but the lot is on the smaller side. Very dog friendly! Trash & recycling available at the enterance. This is a beautiful little park!!
