This kennel is the best. The staff are awesome. They really care about your pets and it shows. The new owner has been sprucing up the whole business. She loves animals ❤️. If you need doggie daycare, this is your best choice. If you want to spend some quality time with your dogs, enjoy the dog diving docks at their two pools. Going on vacation? Drop off and pick up when you return. Love this place.
Love this place. Used them twice as a doggy camp while we went on vaction. The price is affordable staff is EXCELLENT! I really feel like they are genuine and really care! I will use them again and refer the world to them.
We had an amazing experience at Sunshine! We went with friends to try Dock Diving for the first time. The dock rental booking portion was so easy. We called and then got sent a link to view all the open time slots. Booked online. An hour lesson with an instructor (we worked with Tevin) was only NULL, which I felt like was a great deal. Plenty of parking, the dock and pool were in perfect condition, everything was clean, there was a prota-potty, BBQs for grilling, seating and shade. 10/10.
The lesson itself was awesome. Tevin was our instructor and spent the entire time with us, teaching us, helping our dogs, giving instruction etc. He walked us through everything, step by step. He’s extremely knowledgeable with K9 behavior and made sure our dogs were set up for success. Our dog can be a little anxuous at times, so Tevin made sure to keep his boundaries in mind throughout the duration of our time there. We so appreciated him and look forward to coming back for a 2nd time.
I wasn’t sure what to expect going into it. Our dog enjoys the water but isn’t toy motivated so we weren’t sure if he’d actually jump. He ended up doing so well, you could tell he enjoyed himself and was feeling confident and comfortable in the environment.It was an awesome experience. One of the best feelings as a dog owner is trying something new with your pet, and seeing them enjoy it. Can’t wait to come back!
If you’re on the fence, I’d say definitely just give it a shot and see how it goes. We were so pleasantly surprised. You’d be surprised at how big of a difference it can make to work with an experienced instructor!
Such a great place to have quality water time with the dogs. There us day care, boarding, training and they have all kinds of fun activities for say camp too. We went with a friend and rented an hour of pool time to introduce 2 of the 3 dogs to dock diving. (The 3rd was already a master and jumping and swimming). Water was a pleasant temperature and much cleaner than I had expected, especially for just wrapping up an event earlier in the day. Area was very clean and well maintained, even a nice picnic area to chill out in. There are 2 Porta potties on site for use. We had a great time, and the dogs did too. They were happy and exhausted after the hour. We are already looking to plan another trip down this summer to do it again.
