Well, what a delightful surprise I found while “lost” in my stomping grounds in a suburban area of St. Louis known as Brentwood! I was taking my little dog out for a walk and always stop by the park. This was the first time I had taken some of the walking trails beyond the little loop and I found goats and lots of pretty natural foliage to get grounded!

A great park. There’s a little unpaved walking trail behind the stream. The paved trails connect to Broughton Park, Hanley Park, the Hanley dog park, and Oak Tree Park. The playgrounds are perfect for all the kiddos.
At night, there are loads of bats, and there’s a family of owls that live there.
