Realy nice picnic area. Well maintained. Has a small playground. We were the only people there on a weekday at lunch. Hope this place gets used more
A nice area to stop for lunch. There is a small playground for kids. Two large pavilions and multiple picnic tables scatter throughout the park. There is also a restroom.
One of the best roadside picnic areas in the PA state forest.
A very nice picnic area along route 30. We had biked the abandoned turnpike, and then had a picnic supper here. There is charcoal grills here to grill things on, plenty of picnic tables and restrooms. When we were here on a Sunday evening we basically had the whole place to ourselves.
Awesome spot to take the family for a day picnic. Take a drive down the gravel road to the left of park and enjoy the awesome scenic view.
