FAQ for Wildcatters Dog Park in Brea California:
Nice dog park. People who visit here are always nice and the community provides some dog toys and water bowls for the doggos. Be mindful, this is coyote country so please stay alert when you visit with your fur babies
Friendly people and friendly dogs. Plenty of space for dogs to run. Several shaded areas with benches and a couple concrete picnic tables. Also a could of water stations and plenty of bowls to fill. No poop bags on-site, so bring your own or use the scoopers available. There are two parks – one for dogs 25 lbs and under and one for larger dogs.
It’s a good all weather park. As with all dog Parks it really depends on the mix of dogs and owners. My dog enjoy fetch and there seems to be plenty of balls. For the most part, the dog owners clean up after their pets. And the city does a good job of maintaining the park.
This was by far one of the best dog parks I’ve ever been to. There’s a water fountain for dogs, available toys if needed, and friendly people that I’ve met here. If you’re looking for a dog park to start taking your dog- this is definitely one I highly recommend.
I took my dog on a Sunday from 1pm-3:30pm, and there were dogs there the whole time. I love that there’s no dirt, so you don’t have to worry about your dog getting dirty. There were balls everywhere for the dogs to play with, and all dogs were friendly. I will return when I can, as it’s up there on my list of favorites with the El Dorado Dog Park.
