Easy trail. It gets noisy when alone hahaha. I went on an early morning run and all there was my foot steps and nature. Will return.

Largest parking lot to be able to access the orange 7 Mile loop trail. As of the winter and spring of 2022 there is a washout on the orange trail that requires adding an additional 2 mi loop around the white trail making the entire circuit a nine Mile loop. We completed the loop at a moderate/ Pace in two and a half hours. Doing just the orange trail at a casual pace room 1:45
You could also add on an additional few miles by completing the blue loop at the same time. So you’ would orange to Blue back to Orange to white back to Orange to your car.
It is a nice trail for Maryland very flat with the number of road crossings. Personally I prefer the loop trail at rosaryville, though it is nice that there seems to be less mountain bikers at this trail in cedarville
There are warnings that the trail may be wet particularly in the spring

Gorgeous beautiful wooded trail that loops and spans 7 miles. Not much elevation. Quite easy to walk, hike, bike, run, jog, horse ride, dog walk through. The park is quite popular so you might see others and hear folks hunting nearby. Parking lot fits about 12 cars. Remember to pay via the donation box with the park pass. Great trail.
