Stopped here on a road trip for lunch. Small shaded playground and bathrooms with a shower. No picnic tables by the playground, but plenty of benches and tables nearby.
Nice car show, clean, easy access, wheelchair accessible, but when wet wheelchairs can get stuck
This is actually Richards Park. We camped here one night. Nice and quiet. Interesting place. We saw cats living by the edge of the woods with shelters and somebody came to feed them in the morning. City employees hung around by the toilets/showers far too early and for far too long.
Happened to be a knap-in right here starting the next day. A pleasant surprise.
This is an absolutely beautiful park. It has a little bit of everything playground for the kids. Lots of big trees for shade. There’s a swimming pool as you’re coming in in a bingo hall. It’s got a baseball, diamond RV hook ups, showers bathrooms very clean. This is an absolutely beautiful park. I would recommend this to anybody. It’s got water hook ups and electric on all the and it’s a Big pavilion. If this is absolutely beautiful anybody should come check it out. I’m at we knew that we knew that OK all right I don’t check on Dave? but somebody just went in there. I let’s put it in the truck because we’re running out of room back there. I’m gonna pull
Surprisingly, We stopped to watch the river run…….what a beautiful site. Nice small park, camp grounds.
