FAQ for Wood County Dog Park in Bowling Green Ohio:
We love this dog park!!My fur baby love’s to run in this park!! 😍 ❤️
The dog park is maintained by the Humane Society. There is an annual membership fee and you get an access code. This is fine with me and well worth the money. The only negatives are lazy dog owners that don’t pick up their dog’s poop. Be respectful. I have also run into a few dogs that weren’t neutered or spayed. Aside from irresponsible pet owners, I have no complaints. Our dogs love the park.
Bring your dog at your own risk, the the dog shelter next to the dog park that runs the dog park doesn’t do anything about dogs that get attacked,i have complained on a incident before no cameras no proof is basically there policy,
Looked nice from Google maps, great location right off of the interstate with easy access from the highway. No need to drive through the hood to get there. Two sides so that normal sized dogs can be kept separate from heel bitters. And then you get to the gate and realize that it is apparently membership only and you need a code to get in. WTH?!?!?!!! Heck, I would have been glad to drop some quarters or swipe a card, but that was not an option. Our dogs just got a lame tail tease and they give it two paws down.
Lame park. Misbehaved dogs. The regulars there couldn’t control their dogs. Two thumbs down
