Twin lake has a lot of wildlife including crawfish and all kinds birds and ducks. Based on county regulations:Boulder regional trails and regional trail connectors are open to commuters 24 hours per day. Trailheads close at sunset and parking is not allowed between sunset and sunrise. In summer, the Eaton Park /twin lake trail head closed from 11pm to 5pm, parking is trail head not allowed in that timeslot.

Nice park with some good views and calm vibes. Connects to other trails as well so you can easily get plenty of exercise in. I plan to go back again in the summer to see how it looks with all the trees at full capacity.
Love this Dog park. UNFORTUNATELY I just saw a sign for the first time stating beware of water, could be harmful. My dog has played in the water many times and she has never had any problems. Not sure how long the sign has been there?? Maybe I was just oblivious. Not so sure I want here in the water in the future. Beware. Otherwise it is a great DP.
