I needed a tire for my class a rv. They said that they couldn’t help me. They weren’t allowed to change tires on an rv. He said that the lug nuts were too small. I consider them pretty good size. I had to buy a special socket at home to take the tires off. Maybe that is their policy. But I had to spend the night and then go somewhere else. At home there are a couple of tire shops that won’t do big commercial tires. I have never had one tell me that they couldn’t work on one because it had too small of lug nuts.
These places are a joke! Overfill my oil 2 gallons! Didn’t took the plug! Fuel filter leaked! Smart mouth mechanics! Hade me pay the wrong invoice . Replaced the wrong tire. Took 6 hrs to do a 15 minute job because they have no Volvo parts!
23/7/23. 6 hours to change two tires, slow workers don’t care about customers’ time, they leave work for a long time leaving everything alone.
Came in for a mud flap the dude Jeff tells me it’s a 6 hour wait ok cool for a mud flap whatever the other guy was like I’m a see if he (Jeff) would let me just run out and fix it for you ok cool of course (Jeff) doesn’t let him then Jeff goes to say he can’t wait to get off so he can go make some real money with his hands me don’t you make money here with your hands him I make more money fighting then I do here so I ask him if he just wanted me to park so I did I parked so close to the shop so I see the two truck that was in the shop leave so I went in and asked Jeff did he get everything approved he tells me no I didn’t even send out the information yet and that they corporate truck is here and after that he will get the information he need so now the parking lot is full and again I’m close to the shop so I’m like can the dude just come out and fix it so I don’t lose my parking spot Jeff tells me no what a joke just for a mud flap that only takes 4 Screws I been sitting here for 2 hours and need to sleep bc I have to leave at 4am
