Really nice little park for a small town. Lots of shade trees, a playground for kids, a shelter building for hosting community events. Baseball diamond right next door with its own shelter. Bathrooms with running water. The place even has Wi-Fi.
About the only negative is that parking on-site is a bit scarce. A large community event can have cars lined up and down nearby side streets.
Not a very big playground park and not the most up-to -date, but for a quick stop and letting off a little energy, it’s okay. There is a little bathroom across the street by the basketball court. They also have a baseball diamond and a Pavillion.
It was the annual Bonduel Corn Roast. For NULL all the corn you want to eat! Live music to get you moving! Seeing people you don’t see often and just enjoying the camaraderie…
There is a new swing by the playground in memory of a young woman, very nice.
