Oh no! My review is gone! Or at least I thought I reviewed. Anyways, this place is awesome, great for a walk, run, bike ride, picnic, and there is even an area where I’ve seen kids playing because it is more spacious. There are many trees, unlike some parks around here that are just a field of grass. I also love how many people go there with bags of bread to feed to the ducks! Beware of ducks mobbing you if you are eating something! 😆
There is a pavillion-like place I don’t typically see in use. This is a dog friendly park.

This is a gem in the middle of the Boca Del Mar area.. a lot of people miss the entrance since it is tucked away in the middle of two communities.
Very well maintained park.. If you plan to take a walk early in the morning, keep your eyes down since a lot of pet owners do not pick up after their pets.
It is generally very well kept and most people who come there are pleasant.
Good place to walk, sit, relax and have a good time..
Kids love to take a stroll in the park.. definitely a place to visit.

I love this park! I visit daily to see & feed the ducks(along with the other wildlife) and love to run into smiling people who are out on a walk out as well! It would be nice if people stopped parking on the grass or if the concrete pathway was taken care of, but I guess it could be worse.

Great recreational park for Boca Del Mar residents. Excellent for walks, runs or bike rides. Nice place for families to play with their children and just be out in nature. The park has ducks, iguanas and some other birds. There is also a gazebo and a few benches you can sit to read or just to have a quiet moment. You’re also able to walk your dogs as long as you clean up after them.

The name of this park translates to English as Placid Park. It is considered a private park because it is owned and maintained by the Boca Del Mar HOA and they let you know it with multiple no trespassing signs. However no one bothered me while I was there and I was free to explore.

The park is very beautiful with flowering trees set alongside a half mile long paved path that winds around a lake where there is a gazebo and benches. The trail also leads out to W Palmetto Road. The lake has a lot of ducks swimming around. I also saw iguanas and squirrels in the park.

I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit Parque Placido but this is a great amenity for the Boca Del Mar community to have as basically their backyard. It gives them a place to exercise, walk their dogs, and enjoy the outdoors.
