If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Adirondacks that is beautiful inside and out, don’t hesitate to call Lenny at Blue Mountain Rest. It’s a short drive to Blue Mountain Lake, Durant State Park, the Adirondack Museum, Indian Lake, and so much more. We enjoyed fishing at Durant Lake, going to Inlet, the Museum, Old Forge, Raquette River Brewery on Tupper Lake, and Chef Darrell’s Mountain Diner, which is conveniently located across the street. We even got to listen to Lenny play with a band at Long Lake. Five-star rating, highly recommend.

Blue Mountain is a great place to stay in the Adirondacks any time of the year. Lenny is a genial host; very accommodating and knowledgeable about the Blue Mountain Lake and local attractions.
The cabins are very clean & homey, and reasonably priced. Kitchens are small, but, well equipped.
Note: BML is a very small town (especially in Winter) with only one convenience store. So, you might want to bring your own coffee, tea, breakfast items, etc.

Immaculate is an understatement. Great location minutes from the lake and right in between Indian Lake and Long Lake which are the two main towns with restraunts and shopping to pick up anything you might need.
Lenny and Boca the owners are gracious and warm…always a friendly wave or helpful tip. Blue Mountain Rest is cute as a button and well maintained.
There a lovely path you can walk down behind the property to take your pup. Dog friendly and there is a great dinner 50 feet across the street. After three weeks I feel refreshed and recharged ready to pick up where I left off back at home.
