Good clean trail
This is a nice extension of the Clear Creek Trail. Very well maintained. They are adding wood fences along the areas where there are drop offs. It goes past the water treatment plant, and you will smell it before you see it. Nice views.
Heading south from Church Ln will offer some incredible Fall views!
Nice flat, paved rail trail. Great for biking, walking or running. Out and back is ~ 4 miles. Beautiful colors in the fall, and great shade during the summer.
The multiple bridges/crossings of ravines are the main highlight of the trail for me.
The South Extension of the Clear Creek Trail is my go-to spot for a relaxing walk. The 4-mile route is just right—enough to stretch my legs without feeling too long. Plus, in the fall, the leaves are absolutely beautiful. It’s not fancy, just a great trail to enjoy nature. If you love a simple, scenic stroll, this trail won’t disappoint. Perfect for unwinding and taking in the beauty of the season!
