I highly recommend this trail! It’s got some rough terrain, but I’ve had surgery on almost every part of my body, 10 knee surgeries and a rebuilt ankle – so if I can do it, just about anyone can.
Nice trail with plenty of ups and downs, gos for about five miles to Patton cave, not too over grown, some sections near the creek are however. Would consider it a medium trail, not much rough terrain just the ups and downs. Not good for small kids, horses or biking. Can get pretty muddy after rains. Gravel driveway and lot, not too many spots.
Great hike. Flooded at the 2 mile mark. Great view of the Indiana bayou. Watch out for the alligators!
Absolutely beautiful trail and the right amount of challenge for what we were looking for. The trail was clear and free of debris or trash. They have so awesome camping spots and plenty of already fell trees to use for fire. Explored a small cave and had an amazing experience.
Nice little moderate hike, will take you to Patton cave. Can be a little slick and muddy at times so wear your good boots lol had to clear the trail a little in a few spots, but it’s actually well kept.
