Honestly for what this is you can’t ask for much more. This park has 4 camping sites tucked away on the tree line. We were fortunate enough to get the corner site and it was lovely for the night. No hook ups or utilities but there is a fire ring and picnic table for each site. It’s free to camp here and I was impressed with the cleanliness. They have vault toilets, bare minimum, but it was clean and maintained. If you have kids there is a big playground and open grassy areas they can run wild along with a little stream area. I definitely recommend a night or even 2 here as it’s convenient, secluded, quiet and in a gorgeous area. It is biking distance to the Kal Haven trail head which was really cool.

It’s a very nice place to camp. Always clean bathrooms. But I regret to say they charge NULL per night up to 5 nights

Good place for kids to play. Port-a-potty is a bit far, as it is on the other side of two baseball diamonds. Has a nice shaded pavilion with picnic tables and an area of open grass with shaded trees.

Beautiful tiny pocket park in this sweet town. Tom, the family owner/caretaker/kind hearted host was great to meet. For campers, you could get mixed up and think it’s closed if the gate is locked, thats the gate to the ball park side, the sites are a few feet up at the next entrance marked by the brown camp/tent sign. Says you can stay up to five nights. There is a pit toilet, water spigot, and it’s well lit. I’ve been here twice, once in 2020 and this visit, both times there was one long term person here that was no problem.

Nice place to camp for the night but washrooms are not close to sites. It NULL for the night have to leave money in drop box at town hall.
