The Long Path is the one pass through this park, plus other non-blazed trails help to make a loop of different distances.

There are not spot views, but it still a good place to meditate and enjoy the nature.

The trails are good for kids.

If you have FRIENDLY OFF-LEASH-OK dogs, you will love Tackamack. Its beautiful and highly likely that you will meet at least, one other off-leash and friendly dog. Occasionally you do run into someone who’s brought their not-so-friendly, must-always-be-leashes dog on the trails, but its rare.

This place is beautiful, great for sightseeing or just enjoying time alone. With plenty of picnic benches its easy to drive in and have a nice lunch, they even provide Grills for a nice outdoors dinner. There easy to find and some even close to the hiking trails making them excellent resting spots that arent out of your way. From the hiking trails to just laying on your back staring at the trees this place is defiantly a must go see and explore. Highly recommend for any level of hiker or any one that just wants to relax around nature for a little bit this place is perfect
