Blacklick Ridge Community Park

Blacklick Ridge Community Park is a family-friendly community park featuring a playground with new equipment, LED lighting, and maintained grass trails. The park is wheelchair accessible, has parking spaces for vehicles, and is great for kids and dogs alike. Nearby, the pond and creek provide additional outdoor activities such as fishing and exploring nature. While the park offers a pleasant environment, it lacks restrooms and could benefit from more trash bins near the pond area.

Nice little park to take the little ones to. The township has done a good job recently (2016 – 2017) improving the site totally replacing the play area and installing LED lighting. The pond across the street is a nice sized retention pond with some fish that can be caught. A creek through the area adds a fun spot to go “creeking” and see what you can find. Maintained grass trails provide some walking but the park isn’t huge so don’t expect to take a mile walk through the wilderness.
Pretty nice small park. Kids have all the fun.
Nice community park. New playground equipment, parking area for maybe seven vehicles, trails need some maintenance and there aren’t any restrooms. Blacklick Creek is on the west side of the park.
I park my car at the park and walk over to the pond I love coming to fish and the pond becomes a eye sore with all the trash that gets left behind I truly believe there should be two different trash bins at the pond I picked up so much trash yesterday there and it didn’t look like I made a dent and maybe a port potty for the park. Please please put trash cans there.
Love coming here on lunch break to cast out a few times. Been trying catch this guys for about a week now.
