FAQ for Big Sky Community Park in Big Sky Montana:
We loved the three climbing boulders, which all had varying heights and difficulty!
Went to play disc golf, never found holes 1,2 or 3, found # 4 on the side of a hill after I found #18 basket. Played #4 then 5 and 6. Never found the tee box for 7 but found the basket (I think) it was not marked. Never found #8 but found #9. I followed the paths I found but they didn’t always lead to a tee or a basket. Found 2 other baskets but they were not marked in any way to know what hole they were. I kept walking and found a tee box near the road, it was not marked what hole it was for and I never found a basket for it. I finally just walked to the road and back to my vehicle disappointed.
Speaking to the playground. It is the best our son has visited. If you need to wear out your kids, take them here for an hour.
So fun. We went for disc golf and were impressed. It is a very fun and semi-challenging course on the side of the mountain. First tee is above the practice baskets. Not all holes are super clear but we only missed 10 and 11 I think. You walk quite a bit in bushes and my legs got scraped up, I’d suggest wearing boots and long pants. Holes were a great mix of distances, some tougher and some easier. Def will be back, I recommend.
Great place to walk, run with the dogs or let the kids explore the really cool play area.
