Our chocolate lab has been here a few times and is always super excited when we pick her up and always smells and looks so good. This time was our Saint Bernards first time going to the groomers. He came out super excited and happy and looked and smelled amazing. Our chocolate lab still has a lot of hair falling out after her deshed bath, but I know that’s our fault not keeping up with her grooms and need to get her back in to routine of going. All in all Amanda and her staff did a great job. We love that our lab is so happy arriving and so happy when we pick her up and to see our saint act the same way, was a big stress relief. The lady at the counter was very helpful setting up a routine monthly appointment. I was a little concerned she didn’t know which lab was ours at checkout and took her a long time to figure it out and bring her out. But again we’ve fallen off with our grooms and haven’t been up there much and know it was an easy mistake 😅. Can’t wait for our next appointment.
I can’t say enough good things about Posh 4 Paws! My Morkie struggles with anxiety, but from the moment she started coming here, I noticed such a positive change. The team truly understands her needs and treats her with so much love and patience. They go above and beyond to make sure she feels safe and comfortable, and it really shows in how happy and relaxed she is when I pick her up. The atmosphere at Posh 4 Paws is so nice and welcoming, and I can tell they genuinely want to build relationships with their customers. It’s clear they care deeply about every pet that walks through their doors. I trust them completely and feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful place that takes care of my little girl like she’s their own. Highly recommend!
Im not one to argue for the world to see. I know the owner claps back at all the negative reviews and based on my phone call with her im preparing myself for what reply this will get. Everyone who knows me knows I am not a fighter but I will advocate for my babies.One of my dogs is super anxious. Whos isnt nowadaysNULL She apparently bit the groomer but they refused to let me see a pic [of a hand!]. They also (from what I perceived) threatened, when my sister picked up my dogs, that they were supposed to call the pound on my dog because of the supposed bite I wasn’t able to see. My dog has long nails and even gets me sometimes. They refused to cut her nails and made my sister pick her up less than an hour from drop off. They charged me ? for an aggressive dog and pretended like the other 2 were also getting aggressive and had to be picked up ASAP as well. It just all seemed like a cash grab and he/she said. In no part of my conversation with the owner did i feel like they were doing everything they could to make my dog comfortable or were just pleasant period. I even said, and my sister told them, that they could muzzle her as soon as she arrived if they felt that would make them safer. The owner just had excuses for everything and it was all matter of fact/youre wrong type conversation. They say my dog was aggressive? From what I could tell, they could have provoked her but they cant see that picture because its “my body”.Dont worry, won’t be back and wouldnt recommend to anyone else. (They were sure to tell my SISTER that we were banned lol) keep in mind the saying is Dogs and babies are great judge of character. Do yourself a favor and drive further for the sake of your babies and not being afraid a bath will cause their end.
I went there yesterday and I will say my dog was really matted but they took really good care of him. He looks really different in a good way because he sure did need a haircut and I will definitely be coming here again !!
Love it here very quiet and everything is just a short drive away great location and the owner is extremely nice and very helpful he made my transition easy
The groomers at Posh 4 Paws are awesome! Sunny is phenomenal and Gloria makes Finny and Layla feel safe and loved. Finny behaves much better since he’s been going regularly. Amanda, Erica, and everyone I’ve encountered have been helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Posh 4 Paws!
