This was a decent place to hang out, I just wish the beach was combed some, there were so many sticks, rocks and shells in the sand. The restrooms also closed early. The kids had fun and I got to recharge a bit so all in all it was good.
This place looked quite fun and interesting when I was there yesterday, the only issue was that it was windy and stormy and then. I’m sure this place will be a lot better on a later visit.
Wow, what a hidden gem of a place. Beautiful beach area in a quaint little town with some picnic areas nearby. Nice, clean bath house with outdoor shower to rinse off sand. People swimming, boats going by, what more can you ask for?
very nice quiet family beach, great community, nice people! must see
First time here, wow! Who knew a nice, relaxing, clean Bayside beach was a good 45min drive from my area. Usually we go to Atlantic City or Rehoboth Beach; we will definitely be coming back here so much room, lots of shade, clean beaches, great safeguards, the water isn’t too deep for the kids, but as you go farther in it does get deeper.
My own con:
Limited parking on a holiday. Came during Memorial Day and it was difficult trying to find parking.
